All jewellery is handmade by Madeline in Kent, United Kingdom. She uses mostly sterling silver, 9 carat gold and 18 carat gold.

In accordance with current guidelines for precious metals any items over 7 grammes in weight are hallmarked by The London Assay Office and ocassionally by the Birmingham Assay Office. This is your guarantee that the metal is as described.

All jewellery will by cleaned with antibacterial wipes before posting

We endeavour to dispatch items that are in stock within 1 to 2 working days. All jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service provides insurance whilst in transit, a promise of next day delivery before 1pm and requires a signature on delivery. Your jewellery will be presented boxed and securely packaged.

This is included free of charge on purchases over £150. Purchases less than £150 are charged at £6.80 per shipment.

For jewellery that is  made to order from current designs please allow up to 4 weeks for despatch.

If you need something urgently for a specific date or a special occasion, please get in contact with Madeline by email or phone and she will endeavour to help you wherever possible

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reson you are not satisfied then you may return it for an exchange or refund.

Please return it in its original packaging and in an unworn state within 7days of receipt. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery the cost of which will be paid by you. 

We will either exchange or refund you as soon as possible. We do not refund the cost of postage.
